Delivery Time

We want you to enjoy our coffee as soon as you order. That’s why we work to get your order dispatched as soon as we can. We deliver every day and courier delivery times are dependent on where the goods are being delivered.

Location	Delivery Time
Hong Kong	1 - 4 days ( 2 days for most cases)
Overseas	1 - 4 weeks

If your delivery address is within Hong Kong, for most of the items, you can expect the goods to arrive within 2 days. For example, if you order before 5pm on a Friday, you can expect the goods to arrive on Saturday. Sometimes the goods may arrive on the same day you order!

Unless otherwise specified or under any uncontrollable and/or unforeseeable occasion, all goods should arrive within 4 days. If your order has not arrived within 4 days(worst case scenario), sorry, please contact us immediately at crewcoffee.hk@gmail.com or message us on our instagram.

If your delivery address is outside Hong Kong, you may expect delivery time to be up to 1 week to 4 weeks (could be longer but we hope not), depending on flights and courier arrangements. Therefore, be patient, our Crewmates!

Delivery Fees

The delivery fees for local Hong Kong delivery are as follows:

Hong Kong Island	Free Delivery	HK$50
Kowloon	Free Delivery	HK$80
New Territories	Free Delivery	HK$120

We apologize that delivery service to remote areas such as outlying islands is temporarily unavailable. We will instead ask you to come pick up the goods at our shop and refund the delivery fees to you when you pick up the goods.

As for overseas shipping, the shipping fees vary a lot based on your location and the weight of your order. Please check carefully on the check out page.
